I lost my username or password +
Use “Forgot my password” in the portal and enter your previously registered username and email. If you have no registered email or cannot remember your username, contact your institution's administration.
How do I sign in to Colplex? +
Request your username and password from your institution's administration. Then sign in to the portal, paying attention to upper- and lowercase letters.
How do I upload assignments? +
Under Courses, open the course board and select the activity. Use the “Upload files” area. You can upload up to 10 files with a maximum size of 10 MB each.
How do I see my grades? +
The Main Dashboard shows grades for the unit and their average. Open Grades to see the breakdown by activity.
